CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FULFILMENT COORDINATOR

We are excited to welcome another person into the A.EMERY team. 

The role of the Customer Service and Fulfilment Coordinator will be to handle the day to day customer service components. This includes, liasing with our customers and responding to any queries, packing online orders and twice a year during our wholesale seasons assisting with various tasks outlined below.

We are looking for someone who has had a minimum 1 year experience in a customer service based role. A strong work ethic is a must, alongside exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively and independently, demonstrating initiative and multi-tasking on a daily basis.

E-COMMERCE

Manage shipment, packing and courier pick-ups of e-commerce orders daily

Ensure customer orders are arriving in a timely manner

Manage customer service communication, responding to enquiries relating to product information, order status, order delivery, refunds/exchange requests

Control all stock movements within the warehouse, including incoming, outgoing and product returns/exchanges

Tight control of all inventory in the warehouse to ensure accuracy

Deliver exceptional customer service in the fulfilment of DTC orders

Ordering and purchasing all warehouse consumables

Pitching ideas to improve our customer service experience

Liaising with couriers

WHOLESALE

Submit all wholesale orders in NuORDER, export OC’s and cross check shipping / billing / discount information

Organisation of packing lists, shipment stickers, invoices prior to seasonal wholesale order dispatch.

Ensure external wholesale account packing guides are stringently followed.

Work within the team to pack wholesale orders in key delivery months.

Maintain brand positioning ensuring appropriate / professional representation at all times

Extremely organised with high accuracy and strong attention to detail

Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and work within a fast-paced environment

Efficient time management skills and the ability to multi-task and operate under pressure

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to build and maintain solid relationships with both internal and external stakeholders

Disciplined, able to work independently and within the team.

Excellent data analysis skills

Strategic and forward thinking and able to anticipate issues and threats
