We value each and every one of our A.EMERY customers and want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your order please follow the steps below to initiate a return.
1. Check that your order complies with our return policy.
2. Email firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain an #RA number and form.
3. Complete the form provided by our customer service team and include it in your return parcel. Postage details will be included on the returns form.
4. Ship your return within 14 days from the date your order was delivered. If your order is shipped after 14 days of receipt, we will be unable to accept your return for a refund.
Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of delivery. Please allow an additional 1 - 2 business days during busier seasons.
A.EMERY reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet or follow our return policy and procedures.

Items must be returned to our warehouse in Australia for a refund according to the following conditions:
- All footwear is unworn, in its original condition and free of any marks.
- Original packaging must be returned, including the shoe fillers, shoebox and dust bags.
- The customer is responsible for posting returned goods back to A.EMERY, including the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a prepaid service that offers tracking.
A.EMERY does not provide return shipping labels or refund any costs associated with returns and is not responsible for any lost return parcels.
If your shipment is undeliverable and returned to sender, the cost of the return shipment, any applicable import fees and a restocking fee of $20 USD per pair of shoes will be deducted from your refund once the shipment has been received.
