Refund policy
Items must be returned to our warehouse in Australia for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:
- All apparel, footwear, and accessories must be unworn, in original condition, and free of any marks.
- Original packaging must be included, including shoe fillers, shoebox, and dust bags.
- All returns must be lodged via our return portal, which can be found on our returns page.
For domestic orders within Australia, a return label will be provided via the return portal. Exchanges are complimentary. For refunds, a $10 return shipping fee will be deducted.
For international orders, A.EMERY does not provide return shipping labels or reimburse any costs associated with returns, and is not responsible for any lost return parcels.
If your shipment is deemed undeliverable and returned to sender, the cost of shipping and any import fees will be deducted from your refund once the return has been received.
