Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 2 - 4 business days of delivery, please allow an additional 1 - 2 business days during busier seasons and holiday periods.
If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please email contact@aemery.com with your order number and include photos and any details of the issues with your order.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable for returns.
Items must be returned to our warehouse in Australia and need to comply with the following conditions:
- You have successfully lodged a return through our online return portal.
- All footwear and apparel must be unworn, in its original condition with tags and free of any marks, stains and make up.
- Original packaging must be returned, including the shoe fillers, shoebox and dust bags.
A.EMERY reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet or follow our return policy.
Please follow the steps below to initiate a return.
1. Check that your order complies with our return policy.
2. Visit our return portal to submit your return within 7 days of receiving your order.
3. Once your return is submitted via our portal, please ship your return within 7 days. If your return is shipped after this time, we will be unable to accept your return for a refund.
Your refund will be processed within 2 - 4 business days once returned to our warehouse.
For our Australian customers, exchange orders will be fulfilled within 1 - 2 business days after your request is submitted. Please ensure your return is shipped within 7 days to avoid being charged.

RETURNS
$10 AUD will be deducted from orders that are returned for a refund, this is to cover the cost of the Australia Post return shipping label provided.
An Australia Post return shipment label will be emailed once your return has been approved.
EXCHANGES
A.EMERY offers complimentary exchanges for Australian orders only, you can easily exchange your item/s for a different style or size using our return portal.
After processing your exchange through the portal you will receive a prepaid return label via email.
You will be refunded the difference if you choose to exchange your original item for an item of a lower value. If you choose to exchange for an item that is of a higher value, you will be able to pay the outstanding balance within the returns portal.
RETURNS
For international orders, duties and taxes paid at checkout are collected by Zonos and passed onto local customs authorities. As such, these fees are not refundable by A.EMERY in the event of a return.
A.EMERY does not provide return shipping labels for international orders, the cost of the return shipment is to be paid by the customer.
We recommend using a postal service of your choosing to facilitate your return. It is recommended to use a service that provides tracking, to ensure your return arrives safely at our warehouse.
A.EMERY is not liable for any lost international returns.
EXCHANGES
A.EMERY does not offer international exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend processing a return and placing a new order with your preferred size or style.
