All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Australia.
Successful orders will be processed within 1 - 2 business days of your order being placed.

Should you need to cancel or change your order details, please email contact@aemery.com within 15 minutes of placing your order. If we are contacted outside of this time frame, we might be unable to cancel or amend your order.
We are unable to upgrade orders to an express shipment service once placed. Please ensure you select your preferred shipping option at checkout.
We offer complimentary standard shipping for all domestic orders with Australia Post.
Express post is available for selection and the cost of shipping will be calculated at checkout.

Orders from outside of Australia will be shipped via DHL Express. The cost of shipping and duties and taxes will be calculated at checkout.

A.EMERY does not offer complimentary returns or provide return labels for international customers. For more information regarding returns, please visit our return page.
If a shipment is refused, undeliverable or returned to sender using our account number, the customer is responsible for the original shipment cost, any applicable import fees and the cost of return shipping. A restocking fee of $20 USD per pair of shoes will be deducted from the refund once the shipment has been received.
**At this time we are not shipping orders into Russia and Belarus, the situation will continue to be monitored.
You may be required to pay import fees, taxes, brokerage fees, handling fees and/or other duties specific to your country in order to receive your order, these fees are calculated for you at checkout and are displayed as part of your total shipping cost.
The total you pay when you complete your order includes all duties and taxes owed to local authorities, you will not need to pay any further fees when the package is delivered.
