All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Australia.

Successful orders will be processed within 1 - 3 business days of your order being placed. 
Please allow an additional 2 - 3 days for your order to be dispatched during holiday and sale periods.

Cancellations and amendments cannot be applied once your order has been processed. Please ensure that all information in your order is correct prior to checking out. 

We are unable to upgrade orders to an express shipment service once placed. Please ensure you select your preferred shipping option at checkout.

We offer complimentary standard shipping for all domestic orders with Australia Post.

Express post is available for selection and the cost of shipping will be calculated at checkout.

Please allow an additional 1 - 2 days for delivery to regional and rural areas.

Orders from outside of Australia will be shipped via DHL Express. The cost of shipping and duties and taxes will be calculated at checkout.

A.EMERY does not offer complimentary returns for international customers. For more information regarding returns, please visit our return page. 

If a shipment is refused, undeliverable or returned to sender using our account number, the customer is responsible for the original shipment cost, any applicable import fees and the cost of return shipping. A restocking fee of $20 USD per pair of shoes will be deducted from the refund once the shipment has been received.

All duties, taxes & tariffs owed to local authorities are included in your order, you will not be required to pay any additional fees upon delivery.

UK, EU & Rest of World

You may be required to pay import fees specific to your country. These fees are calculated at checkout and are included in your total shipping cost.

The total amount you pay at checkout covers all duties and taxes owed to local authorities, you will not be required to pay any additional fees upon delivery.

Duties and taxes paid at checkout are collected by Zonos and passed onto local customs authorities. As such, these fees are not refundable by A.EMERY in the event of a return.
