Wholesale Manager


We are excited to welcome another person into the A.EMERY team, joining us at our Melbourne office.


The new full time role of Wholesale Manager will work with A.EMERY’s local and international wholesale customers, including Net-A-Porter, Moda Operandi, FWRD, Harvey Nichols, Harrods, Incu and The Undone.


The role is suited to an existing sales manager or buyer looking to extend themselves and take ownership of the department. Our Wholesale Manager will be responsible for our local and international showrooms, conducting sales appointments, as well as managing in season reorders and queries from our partners. The role will also encompass planning for our E-Commerce division as well as identifying new opportunities.


The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role within the fashion industry, demonstrating a strong work ethic, exceptional attentional to detail and the ability to work both individually and as part of our small team.



WHOLESALE


Maintain and develop wholesale relationships
Conduct in person and virtual sales meetings
Collect and collate seasonal orders, ensuring all are submitted on time
Manage and coordinate the on time dispatch of wholesale orders
Contribute to the architecture of the range
Identify new wholesale opportunities
Manage wholesale partners adhoc requests
Review sell through reports and implement strategies to optimise performance


E-COMMERCE


Plan the seasonal E-Commerce buy alongside A.EMERY management
Review sell through and identify new opportunities
Manage clearance strategies for old season stock


KEY SKILLS


Maintain brand position with appropriate and professional representation at all times
Extremely organised with strong attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and work within a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to work well independently and within the team
Excellent data analysis skills
