We are excited to welcome another person into the A.EMERY team. 

The new full time role of Logistics Manager will support all departments of A.EMERY’s team and help to streamline the entire supply chain. 

 The role will be reporting directly to our management team and is suited to an existing logistics manager looking to extend themselves and work independently within a global business experiencing rapid growth. 

 Our Logistics Manager will be responsible for liaising with our suppliers from order placement to delivery into our 3PL, as well as facilitating the global distribution of A.EMERY to some of the most prestigious retailers in the world. 

 The successful candidate will have a minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar role within the fashion industry, demonstrating a strong work ethic, exceptional attentional to detail and the ability to work both individually and as part of our small team. 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITES 

Raise and revise purchase orders with international suppliers

Track delivery of inbound shipments from international suppliers ensuring timely dispatch and receipt of goods

Work closely with management on the implementation of our new international 3PL

Manage safe transportation of freight to local and international 3PL

Maintain daily contact with local and international 3PL

Work with wholesale department to ensure timely pick and pack of wholesale orders

Oversee dispatch of wholesale orders to local and international retailers. Managing multiple freight INCOTERMS.

Develop and manage best practice and reporting structures

Order warehouse materials when necessary

Lead strategic improvements in supply chain

Manage and report on production and delivery timelines

Maintain brand positioning ensuring appropriate and professional representation at all times

Extremely organised with strong attention to detail

Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and work within a fast-paced environment 

A natural strategic thinker with critical problem solving capabilities 

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Able to work well independently and within the team

Experience with ERP systems
