The new full time role of Marketing Manager will oversee all of A.EMERY marketing initiatives including content creation, social media and wholesale marketing.
The role will be reporting directly to our creative director and working side by side with them to create and execute strategic marketing initiatives. This position will require a forward thinking, driven individual with a personal investment in product and the A.EMERY aesthetic.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 4 years experience in a similar role within the fashion industry, demonstrating a strong work ethic, exceptional attentional to detail and the ability to work both individually and as part of our small team.
Founded in 2017 A.EMERY has become a globally recognised brand with a strong presence across Europe, the USA, as well as Australia. Having launched with minimal black, leather sandals our ranges have quickly grown to encompass a full footwear and ready to wear collection.
Based in Melbourne’s inner north, our growing team thrives on problem solving and is passionate about approachable luxury product. We work with high quality materials to create timeless wardrobe pieces.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Build, manage and execute A.EMERY’s marketing calendar and overarching strategy
Report to management on the performance against KPIs
Drive business growth in alignment with the A.EMERY ethos
Work with external digital agency to execute paid social strategy
Plan, create and execute EDM campaigns
Manage influencer gifting program and cultivate relationships within this space
Control marketing samples, loaning and gifting processes
Collaborate with external agencies to creating ecommerce imagery
Assist in the creation of seasonal campaign and social content
Work with wholesale accounts to facilitate marketing requests
KEY SKILLS
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing or similar field
Experience working with the Adobe suite, Shopify, Klaviyo or similar systems
Maintain brand positioning ensuring appropriate and professional representation at all times
Extremely organised with strong attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and work within a fast-paced environment
A natural strategic thinker with critical problem solving capabilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to work well independently and within the team.
Candidates who progress to interview stage will be required to complete a small task as part of the interview process.
